1. Visiting the Paul events Website

When you visit the Paul events website, the following data is automatically logged: names of the accessed pages, identification data of the browser and operating system used, internet service provider and requesting domain, date and time of access, search engines used, names of downloaded files, your IP address.

This data is stored exclusively in anonymized form for internal, system-related, and statistical purposes, in order to improve the content of our website and to ensure the security of the website against attacks.

2. Participant Management System PAXIDO®

Further personal information is collected only if you voluntarily provide it with your consent, for example as part of our participant management system PAXIDO®.

The personal data you provide by completing the PAXIDO® registration form is used by Paul events exclusively for invitation and participant management purposes or for the execution of the respective event. All personal data is therefore deleted shortly after the event.

Any deviating purposes or longer storage periods will be explicitly stated in the consent text during registration. This ensures that you are always informed about the duration of data storage and the use of your personal data.

You always have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To complete the PAXIDO® registration form, you must fill in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (). The form also includes consent to the storage of your data by actively checking a corresponding checkbox. This consent checkbox must be actively selected by the user. All fields not marked with an asterisk () are voluntary.

Except in cases where Paul events GmbH acts as the event organizer itself, the processing and use of the submitted personal data is carried out on behalf of the respective event client. The responsible controller in each case can be identified via the privacy policy and imprint page linked on the respective event page.

DISCLOSURE, ACCESS, AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

Paul events GmbH collects, processes, and transmits personal data both for its own purposes and within the framework of commissioned data processing. In this context, authorized employees of specialized departments may belong to different legal entities within or outside the operational organization.

Beyond this, Paul events GmbH does not disclose data stored during a mere visit to the website or data transmitted via the PAXIDO® online form to third parties unless you have expressly consented to such disclosure.
